Ray is a popular speaker on retirement and financial planning. He has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1985 and holds degrees in both Physics and has a Masters of Business Administration. Ray is a past President/CEO of the IBM Employees Credit Union, now known as the Think Mutual Savings Bank, and has received the Caldwell Group 100 award recognizing him as one of the "100 Most Admired CEOs in the Credit Union industry”.
